Can I Wear My Tuxedo T-Shirt to the Wedding?

This morning we continued to build Vanessa's Relationship Report Card and talked with Chris who had some interesting things to say about their date.. We also talked with Katherine for Am I Wrong who wants to put a dress code for her wedding.. is she wrong for doing that?
